B: Medium polishing: We can use a special polishing coarse cloth wheel or fine wool wheel plus a special medium polishing wax for titanium alloy to polish, remove the lines left by the rough polishing, and make the product surface bright.
C: Fine polishing: We use a special cotton cloth wheel plus a special fine polishing wax for titanium alloy to make the titanium alloy product reach high brightness. There are still some slight cloth lines on the product surface.
D: Mirror polishing: We use a special loose bleached cotton cloth wheel plus a special mirror wax for titanium alloy to polish, remove the slight cloth lines on the product surface, so that the titanium alloy mirror light is fine.
Chemical polishing
The chemical polishing of titanium and titanium alloys is to achieve the purpose of leveling and polishing through the oxidation-reduction reaction of metals in chemical media. Its advantages are that chemical polishing has nothing to do with the hardness of the metal, the polishing area and the structural shape. All parts in contact with the polishing liquid are polished. No special complex equipment is required. It is easy to operate and is more suitable for polishing complex titanium denture brackets. However, the process parameters of chemical polishing are difficult to control, and it is required to have a good polishing effect on the denture without affecting the accuracy of the denture.
