Production

2. The wire drawing process itself involves pulling nitinol wire through a series of progressively smaller dies. Each pull reduces the diameter of the wire and increases its length. As the wire is pulled, it also becomes stiffer and stronger.
3. An important factory in the Nitinol memory wire drawing process is maintaining a constant temperature. The wire must be heated and cooled at specific intervals to ensure it maintains its shape memory properties. Temperature control is critical to ensure that the wire maintains its required performance.
