Titanium wire for jewelry making is a new type of material widely used in jewelry making, it is usually used to make high-end bracelets, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. Unlike traditional metal wires, titanium wires are extremely lightweight while being extremely durable and resistant to rust or tarnish. This makes it a very attractive material, especially for those with sensitive skin, and the titanium wire is also an ideal choice. In addition, titanium wire is available in a variety of colors, such as silver, black, gold, etc., which are suitable for different jewelry designs and ideas. Overall, titanium wire is a premium, reliable, and stylish material that opens up entirely new options for jewelry making.
1. Physical Properties
- Titanium wire is a lightweight material, with a density of 4.5 g/cm3, making it a comfortable and practical option for wearable jewelry.
- It has a high melting point of 1668 °C and low thermal conductivity, making it resistant to high temperatures and easy to work with during the jewelry-making process.
- Titanium wire is also corrosion-resistant, making it perfect for jewelry that will be exposed to water or other corrosive substances.
It is also known for its strength and durability, making it a long-lasting and reliable choice for jewelry.

3. Manufacture Process
The process of making titanium jewelry is roughly as follows:
1) Titanium material preparation - Titanium is a corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and high-strength material. The commonly used titanium alloys are No. 7 and No. 6. The titanium material needs to be cut to an appropriate length before production.
2) Processing into wire - Titanium material is typically converted into wire through hot and cold working steps. The titanium material is first heated and stretched into filaments, and then further processed into wires of the required thickness through cold-pressing machines and molds.
3) Cleaning and Polishing - Once the titanium wire has been sized, it needs to be cleaned and polished. The purpose of cleaning is to remove surface grease, dust and impurities, while polishing makes the surface of titanium wire more smooth and shiny.
4) Fabrication into Jewelry - Titanium wire can be bent, cut and shaped as needed, often using tools such as cutting machines, laser cutting, drills, pliers, etc. Finally, titanium wire can be made into jewelry in various shapes, such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc.
5) Surface Oxidation - To increase the aesthetics and protection of titanium jewelry, surface oxidation is often also required. By forming an oxide film on the surface, it can prevent further corrosion of titanium metal and increase the color options of titanium jewelry.
